I cannot recommend Trevor and the team at Cornerstone Roofing highly enough. We were dealing with two substantial leaks in our roof, and the level of service we received was truly exceptional. Before they were even scheduled to replace the entire roof, Trevor went above and beyond by coming out right before a major storm to provide temporary patches. It gave us immense peace of mind during a stressful time. Furthermore, once he saw the extent of the damage, he took advantage of a break in the weather to move our roof replacement up—getting the job done right before the massive December storms hit Bodega Bay. To top it off, their pricing was very competitive. If you are looking for a roofing company that is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work, look no further. It was such a pleasure to work with Trevor and the team at Cornerstone. My daughter inherited her Dad’s home in2022 and had a complete remodel done. The storms hit hard and the roof was leaking. Cornerstone replaced the roof which was all Spanish tile. They did such a wonderful job that I reached out to them again when my home’s roof was leaking into my kitchen earlier this year. They got the roof replaced on my house and my detached garage quite quickly and reasonably. I so appreciated that they left their work areas clean every day. If I ever need a replacement for any of the other homes, they will be the first ones I call, but hopefully not anytime soon. Highly, highly recommend! ~ Maria C

I own a house at The Sea Ranch that needed a roof replacement. I spoke to Trevor and inquired if they serviced the area. Luckily they did! They gave me a reasonable quote and "they say what they do and do what they say" which is somewhat rare these days. I never recommend any contractor if they're not "5 stars" and I highly recommend Cornerstone Roofing for your roof repair or replacement. Their prices are fair and their work is exemplary. We had estimates to replace our roof from several companies. Cornerstone was recommended by Superior Seamless Gutters, as they work hand in hand. Trevor Smith was very professional and communicative from the first time he came to our house. We're so happy we decided to go with Cornerstone. I got a call from Trevor after using the Cornerstone tool to calculate price for a new roof for my property when I was considering solar. I finally had him come over and evaluate my situation and ultimately settled on a minimal repair option that was what I perceived as the priority for my roofing needs. I didn’t really want a new roof because I hadn’t been looking for one. I just wished that I could have solar electricity, but I needed a repair on the roof of a patio where water had seeped through and everyone told me that I had to wait until I got a new roof. When I asked Trevor if it would be possible, he came up with a plan to repair the dry rot boards and re-roof the patio that hangs over the front door to my house. I had a delightful day of company with Gregorio, Danny, Roy and Trevor all working hard to alleviate my dry rot concerns and make sure my dad was happy with the repair project. The team had incredible attention to detail and stayed within schedule. I felt like the worksite was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I had two skylights replaced. The two workman that replaced them were fast and very professional. They even went around and inspected all the vent pipes and replaced worn seals.
